My first visit: (Male section)
The place is quite and nice you could relax & enjoy your time.
Prices could be a little bit higher than average. However, I was enjoying my herbal massage session but unfortunately the therapist should have paid attention to the level of heat he is endorsing to the skin; my shoulder skin got burned from the heat and he didn’t notify me (at the time) at least to take my precautions.

My rating would have been five stars without this unexpected accident.

Worst deep tissue massage i ever had.
For a service of 375 dhs it was overpriced and not even worth the money i was in pain and left with more pain. I asked for a strong deep tissue massage a couple of times but the guy was not fit to the job deep breathing and the bed is so annoying to lie in they is no open pillow for the head to rest at.

Overall very bad and disappointing experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at this spa. I booked an appointment in advance and reconfirmed it with them to make sure everything was set. However, when I arrived at the spa, they told me that they had no availability because the employee responsible for the service was off that week. This was extremely frustrating, as I had made arrangements to be there and had taken time off work to enjoy the service. The spa did not offer any alternatives or try to accommodate me in any way. And when I said I’ll write a review on google maps she laughed at me, I would not recommend this spa to anyone, as their lack of professionalism and consideration for their clients is unacceptable.

The worst place I experienced ever no A/C and the whole experience is bad it was my first time and definitely the LAST.

The worst massage and the therapist is soaking in sweat couldn't even finish the whole session

Just left this SPa without having any services done as they have over booked and kept me waiting for 30mins!!!! This is far from the service I would have expected. The customer service level is something that is below even average!!!
What a disappointment this has been.

Strange!! Always fully booked, I don't think it's fully booked, but it needs more focus from the management of the center to solve this issue.
