1 star removed because of dirty windows. Clean windows should be a reasonable expectation of a revolving restaurant on the top floor.
They also did not have my first or second choice cut of steak available when I visited.
Steak was tender, but definitely not enough marbling in a tenderloin to justify getting a wagyu tenderloin (filet mignon) .
