I found Fast lane, to be very helpful, reasonable price, the van I needed was to move furniture and the van had already been cleaned out ready for me. The payment include the insurance, as I have hired vehicles before at a good price then found that I need to pay extra on top for the insurance.
The deposit I paid was on my bank card and true to their word, this was put straight back into my account within a couple of days. Brill and very happy.

Hired a van today for a house move. Process very straight forward and easy. Van was just as advertised and a really decent price. Customer service was excellent - really professional, friendly and chatty guys who didn’t even complain when I accidentally blocked in one of their vans for a bit ????
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service, easy to book online and the guys over the phone and in the office were very nice.

Vans drive well enough, and they are priced competitively.

All in all, 5* service and experience.

Brilliant service, needed a van to do a tip run, guys had it ready. Exactly what I needed it for and returned it after it served its purpose. Great guys and will be using them in future.

Hired a van today and was quick and easy to hire. All the staff lovely and helpful even cleaning the windscreen for me prior to leaving as the birds had been busy!!!!!!!
