The staff of Subway at Al wahda mall is so rude. We just ask for little ketchup because of our baby. And he is explaining his company policy with so rude tone. On 8th June, 2023 timing 6 pm. And even he didn't make it properly. He just kept in oven for few sec. And keep talking with collgues who has already finished their duty.

Very very pathetic service by 1 staff in this outlet.. would recommend management to action on this person immediately. He is a cheater and steals money from customers. Subway has no office or customer servicer number iam amazed to know this is the state of affairs at such a huge global brand.

I always order from subway and today I ordered crisper potato, they came in tasting extremely horrible, they were old and moist. I called subway but with no answer. Don't recommend this horrible treatment after paying so much over their food only for it to be of the worst quality I ever had.
