Very bad branch, does not even deserve one star. Three time ordering from them through carriage and either they bring the order with missing items or with something else i did not order, without even notifying and they take full payment. I tried to call them without any answer so i went to them today to make a compliant asking about the manager… one of sandwich wrapper claimed that she is the manager, just one glance at her you will know that she is lying…if the owner is reading this comment know that with these employees soon you will add poster “Closing the Business Soon”

I have noticed subway al reef abudhabi, the quality is deteriorating. Staff don't seem to care. The lettuce is not fresh, and despite asking them, the staff respond "this is how we receive it." And brush it off. This is my third time and I have flagged this time and again. Hopefully the management will see this. Also they have stop stickers across the diff outlets, wondering why this is.

Food did not look fresh at around 7 pm. Staff does not know how to deal with customers. I had a coupen that they didn't know what to do with and after waiting for 10 minutes to talk to some manger, they came back saying they cannot accept it at this branch!

I didn’t like that they close at 9:30 pm restaurants should at least stay open till 11:00 pm I went today at 10:20 pm and they said we are already closed we close our store at 9:30 pm which doesn’t make sense

I found hair in my sandwich . Staffs are dont know how to listen customer , there are really mean and don't understand what i explain . Many time i order vegan sandwiches i add order details i have animal products allergy(i dont even choose mayo) , many time they put inside mayonneise this just a example . Very bad experience for customer . Disgusting i dont have to eat hair ? excuse me??
