All the staff here are excellent, so professional and friendly regardless of how busy this city centre post office gets. Much better than the service I’ve had in other cities London, Exeter, Bournemouth and Cambridge. Though could do with dedicated self service postal machines that I’ve used elsewhere which can help decrease the queues at peak times and convenient

Darren you are a true gent. What an asset this chap is to this Post Office. I am under immense stress at the moment, very forgetful, I cannot think of the right words to use and find social situations and paperwork a chore. On renewing my driving licence, Darren was very kindly, patient and helpful with suggestions of taking a photo of my old licence ( did not even think about that) and made the ordeal totally hassle free. A job ticked off my thesis long to do list! Thank you for your kindness Darren, I am very grateful, you really helped this old lass out. Sending you a Guardian angel award.????????. Kindness goes goes a long way, a trip to the Post office may well be the first conversation many have had in weeks.

Employ staff. .. Carlisle City centre main office moved into a shop to cut costs down this Main City Post Office has 7 queue points but you will see one member of staff working and if your lucky you may see two working. Invest your money and employee people to work these stations, fat cats!!!!

Did not had a bad experience myself, but while qeue i over heard the comment one of the post office workers said about one of the clients who was black, it was not nice offending and i felt it was so embarrassing

Very helpful staff and although it was quiet today there can be quite a wait in the queue to be attended to when busy.

Tried to ring the post office on 10 occasions, even at none busy times. THEY NEVER PICK UP ??????
