I can't say I've got much good to say about this practice at all. Not including the reception staff, they are always polite, happy and helpful.

As a practice, however, I've only ever had poor service unfortunately, getting appointments takes days. I've only had to use them when I've genuinely had too, only twice in over 10 years. I was once bed bound for a few days, because of severe back pain. And when I finally got to speak to a doctor, after 3 days of calls, I was told to just take paracetamol. On speaking to the out of hours doctor in the hospital, they were disgusted, and advised that I should have been on painkillers such as zappain as a minimum.
It's as if it's an inconvenience to be seen.

My husband was poorly whilst on holiday on Anglesey. This health centre called back timely and gave him an appointment at 8.30 p.m. He was seen at that time and was examined and listened to and diagnosed. Both doctors were interested and caring. An excellent experience, thank you. We were then able to enjoy the holiday.

Twice now I have been to this doctors to see the out of hours team, in a single week, and they have been brilliant. I'm really impressed by their efforts, and even very early in the morning, they were exceptionally chirpy. They have my gratitude.

I came in for the Thursday emergency dentist appointment with severe tooth pain. The dentist and assistant were absolutely amazing especially as I was in a bad way, and so were the reception staff who kept reassuring me, asking how I was doing and they even gave me a glucose drink because I hadn't eaten all day. The dentist gave me a temporary filling and antibiotics to keep me going until I can get a proper appointment elsewhere, and I am so incredibly impressed and grateful of the service especially as an NHS surgery under a lot of pressure. There were many people in the waiting area and yet I was seen to for as much time that was needed, rather than being rushed around and hurried out. So I would highly recommend the service and couldn't thank the staff enough!

I visited the emergency dentist on Sunday afternoon and had a troublesome tooth out.
The service throughout the current situation was wonderful. All the staff were amazing especially Catherine the dentist, who kept me calm and in control of my emotions as I am scared stiff of the dentist!
Thank you so much for relieving my pain xx

I've joined Llanfairpwll surgery not long ago from Menai bridge Surgery, the receptionists are so lovely and helpful compared to my previous surgery and the doctors are very thorough are friendly, I couldnt recommend this surgery enough and regret not moving here much sooner!
