Do nt fall in their trap .. they said me 14 days to exchange the material .. which was bought in sale offer ,…i have confirmed to them that these offer material can also be exchanged with that period .. They said yes .. When i came today to exchange .. they simply said .. offer is finished u can nt exchange … price will be different … Such a cheat .. Never ever again to these shop

We just came now (04-05-2023- past 10pm) in this branch and we are disappointed with the Filipina Saleslady (wasn’t able to get her name). My mother and I are looking for a gift for a baby boy. We checked the price and it is quiet expensive so I asked this Saleslady if there’s any sale. She said nothing. We still have some small conversation to her but I can feel that she is not in the mood already. So I just say thank you Ate (means sister) no response. I repeat before we go “Thank you Ate”, and still no response.. Maybe she is already tired and not in the mood but still she should know how to be polite. I think she needs a training about good customer service and good manner.

Me and family went tonight (20-Jul-2023), unfortunately the item we are looking for is not available so we decided to go out. The in-charge told us to leave using the 2nd floor lift saying that they have a counter in their entrance, not taking into consideration that my mom is carrying my niece while sleeping!!! Very disappointing! I’ve been a customer in this store countless times and experienced this kind of treatment for the first time! Will no longer come here! Customer service is so POOR!

Thanks for kicking us out of your store when it was almost empty. Luckily there was a store down the road where we could spend our well earned money. Your customer count had apparently been reached when we were the only people in the store besides 2 other people. Staff are so rude at the Electra branch in Abu Dhabi.

Very rude sales lady. Literally blocked my friends and I with her body to stop us from going upstairs. Due to something she called “customer count” or whatever she said. Super rude to assume we wouldn’t buy anything. Anyways took my business to another store nearby. WONT be back ????????

This shop stocks quite a bit of sporting gears, mostly clothing and footwear. Other sections like Tennis, bikes, and other Racket sports aren't that well stocked. Store is clean, with the wares well arranged and easy to locate. Prices also competitive and visible floor staff to help with your queries.
