The customer service!!! I’ve chosen two items to buy and was told it will be kept in the cashier, when I went to the cashier they sold sold it to another person!!! The worst shop I’ve dealt with today!!!

i have a really bad experience with the online website, so customer service told me he can check if there is an available size for a shoe i wanted in the warehouse because sometimes it doesn't always update on the site, i asked for size 45.5 and he told me it was available and that he ordered it on my behalf, but when i check later he had put size 44.5 which is too small, i told them i wanted the size i asked for but they said it wasn't available so my only option was a refund which didn't include shipping i paid for and it took two weeks to process after continuous complaints half of them ignored, they also shocked me when they told me i couldn't use my refunded credits (money) in my account in the physical store which was a slap in the face because the online website has almost no sizes for most shoes , if you look at most sneakers for men you will find that there are no sizes above size 43 which is ridiculous because most men wear that shoe size larger than 43, and they barely update their sizes or shoe collection and when they add shoes its only the worst items they couldn't sell in the store with only two sizes available at most, also customer service told me that they will refuse to refund me once more if i decide to return another product as if they didn't make a mistake when they ordered my the wrong shoe size and when i told them that they refused to believe me , i don't understand why I cant use the credit in the actual store because now its stuck on my account, sun and sand sports has the worst policies ever that hurt customers and are designed to rip them off. do not buy from sun and sand especially the online scam website.

Do not buy online from Sun and Sands ... Bought a Colombia shoes which broke with in 1 month ... Seems they sell fake shoes online...
