Dear owner,
You are giving nice excuse on my previous comments. Your person didn’t attend anyone calls today because you have more direct orders.
Another person wait 50 minutes today in your shop, and he cancel the order and left from your shop. You are not strictly following the priority based.
More than 1 hour waiting is too much. You must have to inform if it is taking more time.
Anyway today is my last purchase from your shop.

Don't go for holidays and weekends. Today I wait around 1 hour 10 minutes to get the fish by cutting and cleaning. In between they are giving preferences for their known people.
So please try some other shop.
Don't waste your time in weekends and holidays.

Fishes are so fresh and tasty. Don't buy from any supermarket. Buy from shops like this,but little bit expensive.

One of our favorite fish shop, fresh and reasonable prices , cleaning and cutting is also available. Very friendly staff and you can call and order in advance to save time.

0 star rating. It was busy, no spaces on the side I needed so I had to reverse in but the lady wouldn’t authorise the pump saying I need to be facing forward. I explained it was busy but clearly she lacked any common sense! Took it up with the store manager who confirmed, it wasn’t mandatory, illegal or a safety issue and he would have a word with the staff in question. Two months later, same issue and same lady! I think I’ll take it up with the head office. Forecourt too small, staff are clueless and exit is pathetic!!!

Large 12 pump petrol Station and convenience store selling unleaded and diesel fuel.

All transactions have to be paid at the till although they are hoping for self serve pumps soon.

Very busy as it is on the same estate as a supermarket of the same name.
