Last year 27-01-2022 changed 4 tyres and lower arm + link rod from super fix mazyad branch after that while turning especially in roudabout and during full turn i could hear squeaking sound loud and persistent. I went to the technicians and they informed me that because it might be a new tire ok i also thought the same after few months the sound was still their i took it to another garage and they lifted the vehicle and showed me that the tires are rubbing against the car body i was really disappointed and came again to the shop and they again told me it will be ok after some days afterwards the sound was part of my car and i was in a positive mindset they asked me to come for rotation after 10000 km on date 01-02-2023 i was at around 10000 km exactly 9900 km 100 km left for 10000 km i went to super fix um gafah i was shocked when they told me that i should have came before 1 year i told them the agreed was not 1 year but 10000 km and I canned travel 10000 km in 1 year just to do the rotating after a few talks the supervisor asked me to come back and will do the rotation yesterday i took the car again and they took apart the tyres and i was shocked again to see my front 2 tires are almost done the sides of the tires were almost finished if I would have travelled again with that tires It would have been a disaster and they have asked me to change the tires again and would cost me 1070 aed now what am I supposed to do?? Because of the mistakes from super fix team should i change to tires every 10000 km?? It is such a disappointment from the team.
