If you're looking to buy a car that needs 3 automatic gearbox replacements before 81,000 miles then volvo is the answer.
If you're looking to be sold a car that doesn't match the online description then volvo is the answer
If you're looking for rude salesman, volvo is the answer.
If you're looking for all round unreliability volvo is the answer.

If I could give -5 star I would.

Imagine traveling 4hrs to view a car that you thought was in perfect condition and turn up to this. The sales team didn't even tell me about it once, over the phone or display it on the online advert.

Had my XC90 serviced there yesterday. Great service from Andy (hope you recover from your injury soon!). Very reasonable price for a major service versus other main dealer quotes I had. We had previously had a towbar fitted there and had a similarly good service.

We are so happy we went into the showroom and met India. Her knowledge of the car we wanted to buy was exemplary. She was very, very efficient and steered us in the right direction and made the whole experience so easy. We have been to many different car showrooms and met many totally inept salespeople. We was so grateful to get this excellent service. We love the car we bought. Thank you India and Tony.

Avoid at all cost if you are planning your Volvo serviced there.
Absolute shocking customer service, prices are extortionate and unrealistic, They would talk you into having work done that is not necessary and the work they carry out is shocking and below standard that would even put your life at risk. If I could give negative stars I would.

Excellent service from John Loizou at Marshall. Really attentive salesman and not in any way pushy. Gave us clear info on everything and made the whole experience really easy. Very happy with our new car.

Towards the end of 2022, I placed an order with Volvo Welwyn Garden City. I was provided with informative weekly updates throughout. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order at the last minute. However, I cannot sing the praises highly enough of the staff. I'd like to single out India Wallington and Tony Bradley for particular mention for their superb customer focus and their understanding of my situation. When I'm ready to get a car again, my first stop will be this dealership!
