What great service! With a short call to confirm an appointment and getting immediate service when I walked in. My needs were all seen to, always with a smile and efficient service! And reasonable prices. Ebrahim is super awesome as always! Keep up the great work! It's refreshing to see such great service in Al Ain.

The service center is well equipped with experienced technicians and services catering to the needs of all customers. Service provided is really appreciable and will recommend for after warranty service too. The much concerning thing is service cost which shall be amended based on customer's feedback and one to one discussion.

Great service. The manager is very friendly and attentive. Faraj, the chief mechanic and his helper are excellent at what they do. They know Suzuki cars like the palm of their hands.
The place is busy, yes, because it is the only Suzuki service center in town. So, like with the good restaurants, best to book an appointment in advance.
