Brilliant. So professional and friendly. They made my wedding ring a little larger and polished my dress opal ring also - but at no extra cost. They did a great job. So pleased. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much ????????????

If I could give 0 stars I would. Truly the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with, and I told him as much. Turned his back on me as I was speaking to him - audibly muttered rudely under his breath when I asked him a question. If he doesn't want to have the inconvenience of speaking to people he should consider a job that's not in the service industry. When I told him I felt he had been rude and dismissive he grinned at me like a smug frog, when I asked if he was going to apologise he grinned harder, unsurprisingly I didn't get my apology.

I have been using this shop to buy jewellery, occasionally sell gold and silver and do repairs. I have bought some great simple necklaces that I can wear anytime and had a ring converted into high quality earrings. We have bought antique silver items and taken in numerous repairs. Thanks Goldmart.

5/4/13, I had no choice as my car engine went boom to pawn in 2 of my necklaces, as soon as i got to the counter i was judged by my appearance, i was wearing Adidas track suit bottoms on my way to the gym and a wooly hat it was what felt like -5 outside. The man refused a loan before i was even asked or given a chance to prove my ID. I will never step foot near Gold Mart again.. And i would advise you to go dressed in what he would call an appropriate manner to pawn in items, pathetic. Went to Ramsdens in the end had no problems at all.
