Clean and spacious. Staff I met were very helpful and polite. Once inside, it's well signposted to all departments and wards. Visiting times 15:00 - 20:00. Wards seem spacious; plenty of bed space between patients, sea view from the 4th floor. There's a Costa coffee shop on site ????. Plenty of parking

Best Hospital in the South East, the care and attention given by by all medical and support staff. Our family have always had a good overall experience whenever we have been to this hospital.

Note:,The in-hospital Costa makes it :)

I never usually have a great hospital experience. Most of the time it's fine, no complaints. However, today one doctor went above and beyond, doctor Sharon I believe her name is on the injury section of the hospital. She was very kind and empathic of my situation. She really did go above and beyond for us and I personally will never forget the experience. I don't write many reviews but when someone special comes along and gives 10/10 service, I just hope these reviews give them some credibility because they deserve it. Thank you again

Brought my elderly neighbour Patricia for her consultation with Cardiologist Dr. Katharine Webb-Peploe today (18/07).

We were kept waiting for a short time, which would undoubtedly have been a negative experience were it not for a lovely Filipina nurse, whose name I had failed to ascertain, pacing the corridor. I was in fact debating whether or not to ask for her IG, but unfortunately by the time our appointment had concluded she had vanished.

Sadly, we won't be returning since everything was in order, however the visit was an overall pleasant one. The hospital is very clean, clearly posted and with various disabled facilities. My only complaint would be that the parking capacity is insufficient to cater for such a large building.

Arrived at A&E today, booked myself in on the registration screen at 2.00pm. The waiting area was very busy, but surprisingly I was triaged, then see by the doctor who performed a small operation, all within 3 hour. Excellent service and special thank you to all the staff it was a pleasant experience throughout.

Big thank you to Dr John Reid and the young lady in the reception yesterday. We attended the hospital yesterday with my son, that has been suffering with stomach pain for about 2.5 months. In the last 2 days the pain became chronic pain. After Visiting the emergency 5 times in the last 2.5 months and the GP we finally got some answers. Dr John Reid treated my son has a patient that was in pain and concentrated on the pain. Not on is Mental Health. Thank you for you kindness

I went to the x-ray department today for a barium swallow. I was seen time and the staff were amazing. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone I saw today.

Service at hospital can not be faulted but parking is a nightmare. Took my disabled son for an out patient visit, no space in disabled parking, tried 3 trips into paid parking to eventually find a parking. Will have to get out and pay before being able to circle around to main entrance to collect my son.
