I've been parking here for night fishing for years. And good old New Brighton have kept it free while other local councils have gradually shut down our access to the sea. Both Ainsdale and Southport where free for hundreds of years. Funny once councilors are elected they think they are the owners of everything.

Beautiful restful place, many improvements going on will be stunning when finished, only one problem long promenade and only one toilet and a van to get a drink and no cup of tea needs a decent prom cafe halfway
