Very bad!!! Rude!!! Unmannered salesman!!! In that shop in the middle of Madinat Zayed shopping center. I hope the Management of Swiss Gallery will see my bad comment. And traine them well. If it's happens again, I will open a case against them.!!!

I'm not satisfied with my products,I received the wrong items in my bags,and I couldn't get my receipt as well They assume that they offer good quality with a discount but while they place in my bags only 1 item is correct but 2 perfume was not that I selected .I want my receipt to be sent to me,and the bill amount was Aed 400.00.which isn't for these items cost after discount.(mandinat zayad branch,Abu Dhabi).

Be aware they sell high price fake perfumes.. I bought D&G The One Perfume and Paco Rabanne XS ed de toilette.. Used there paper strip to spray the perfume I bought and smell vanished within 3 hours.. I went back to the shop and complained since I have used D&G The One and smell did not go away for at least 1 day.. I took a 2nd strip and sprayed in front of them and told them I will return in 3 hours .. I returned back again in 3 hrs with no scent. This time they said it's perhaps manufacturing fault and offer me a tester instead of the real perfume without any refund even though tester are cheaper.. why would they replace original with Tester .. so be aware .. I will also be sending this to UAE consumer protection.

Very unprofessional staff! Very rude and disrespectful. I had the worst encounter with one of their employees who was unmannered, rude and disrespectful to say the least. I bought around 5 perfumes and came the next day to exchange one of them with another (which was a tester so the packaging was open anyway). This employee was trying to make me pay extra (above the normal difference which I was supposed to pay) by trying to convince me that I originally paid less! When I did not agree and requested to see the bill as my right ( which he was never able to get for some reason), he started acting in a very rude, aggressive and disrespectful manner. I had the worst encounter in this place and I hope I never have to deal with them again.. a very unpleasant experience on top of a very manipulative and unethical way to scam off people so be aware. I advise management to train all of their employees all over again and teach them how to be respectful to their customers before teaching them how to sell!

I came to buy a perfume from them: Dior Sauvage. They said that it was original without any doubt. When I opened it, it was very apparently fake. It didn’t last for more than an hour. Thankfully, when I came back to them, after many arguments and after they told me to come back hours later until the manager came back, they gave me a refund. But please beware of their products

I’d like to give the cemetery no stars but it won’t let me, visited today and so appalled and upset at the state of the cemetery, Cheshire County Council you should be utterly ashamed of yourselves totally disrespectful of those that have passed and upsetting for those visiting

Visited my husbands grave today and was disgusted at the mess of the cemetery. The bins were over flowing, in some places the grass had not been cut. They just use strimmers and leave all the cuttings over the graves.Please start looking after the grave yard with respect which all the families deserve.
