Food was not bad at all but staff... Not so much. Got there, noone at reception. 1 person in the restaurant doing it all and even he was rude, cold and unhelpful. Drinks are brought 1 glass at a time. Weird. The fries station was empty. Won't be going back. Just an average place. Nothing much going on

The Manger of this place is the worst staff you could ever meet in any restaurants!!
the way he was treating the customers is never acceptable.
He really need to know how to treat the customers!!

Good restaurant, fine open buffet, pretty taste but not impressive,, many different dishes, Egyptian and Arab ones, but not so many. Sweets is fine, make sure that your reservation includes beverages. We had a great time there and the staff definitely were decent.

Good ambience with spacious seating. The buffet was very reasonably priced. Good choice of salads, main course, desserts and drinks. The food was very tasty. Service was lacking. Overall an excellent meal.

Had buffet on lunch.
They serve Asian and Arabic dishes in the buffet. Juices and Soft drinks were too available.
Very economical.
Staffs were good and friendly.
Cleanliness was maintained. Ambiance was good.
Fewer dishes for the buffet. However considering the pricing is not a bad deal.
Taste was good for all the items served.
Deserts are very good.

Food is just average for the price of AED 100 per pax but the staff are very kind and professional especially Mr. Rinzon. He acts quickly to cater to the needs of customers. He is well-mannered and a real professional. Restaurant is clean and well maintained with a great ambiance.

If I could zero Stars, I would definitely do that but sadly there is no option for that.
Well, it was a TERRIBLE Experience.
The options are VERY VERY Limited, If you are a vegetarian or Vegan DO NOT BOTHER Going here. I and my husband had taken a Groupon coupon for 113AED for two, trust me it WASN'T EVEN WORTH 55AED per person.
The breads were DRY and cold, salad was soggy and leaking, there were a total of 4 items for main and no starters whatsoever! The only 1 good thing was 4 options of desserts and all were good. The juice was served in plastic glasses, service was laid back.
We both ended up with stomach bugs after we reached home and ended rest of the night in and out of the Toilet.
COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED, Won't ever recommend anyone.

The food variety was OK but the service was bad. I asked the waiter for wet wipes or sanitiser he said that they don’t have any but just when I mentioned that I’ll mention that in the google review they offered me the wipes. Not competent

Absolutely fantastic service!
As a lone female I am often nervous to get a taxi from a rank. I highly recommend Seb’s Taxis as Seb is professional, polite and keen to ensure safety off all passengers. He goes above and beyond with assisting with baggage and watches me to the door. I highly recommend and won’t use anyone else!

Needed a cab to transport an elderly relative from hospital to her home. Agreed times with Seb. He was there bang on time and was lovely with her. Reassuring and very polite. Absolute gentleman.
