I just wanted to tell you about my experience with this company. I ordered a month's visa and a ticket with a dummy for my brother. Unfortunately, my brother was offloaded for some reason, therefore I requested that the ticket be transferred to my name, as their personnel had previously stated verbally that the ticket was tranferrable. I follow up and discover that the employee who helped me is no longer with the organization. Another member of staff (SHANE) helped me with my request, and I was informed that the ticket had already expired. She informed me that they do not have a policy for transferring tickets that have been offloaded. It was a misunderstanding on their part, and they didn't even bother to apologize. Those who wish to transact with these agency should ensure that their entire communication is documented.
