This place is one of the most enjoyable cafes to visit. The atmosphere is vibrant, the food is delicious, and the staff is exceptionally friendly; they provide detailed explanations of the games.

I think this is a great spot for friends to gather and have a fun time. I particularly appreciate the occasional events they organize, I get so engrossed in playing games that I often forget to take photos.
Anyway don’t pass up the opportunity to visit this remarkable board game cafe!

Great place to play dungeons and dragons with your 6 closest friends! Truly feels like you've been teleported to a medieval tavern. Service and food is terrific (and themed!) Thank you Robin, Roxanne and Karen! u003c3

Fantastic venue to host any tabletop game. Ample space, comfortable seating, attentive staff and delicious food, even for vegetarians. They even have D&D material and dice sets to use if you need. Highly recommend hosting your games here.

The best board game cafe in Abu Dhabi! The cafe decor perfectly fits the "tavern" theme. They have many great games and we had a lot of fun even though we were just 2 players! The staff are friendly and kind. They are also very knowledgeable about the games and give a lot of guidance on how to play! A special shoutout to Roxanne for recommending some entertaining, fun ones for us try!

This place has an amazing ambiance. Opening the door it feels like you have been transported to a medieval bar and inn. You ascend the stair case lit by “torchlight” and you find the the play and dining area on the upper floor.

The entrance charge was 35Aed which grants you access to the boardgames on display.

They have a limited menu that has some things that feels unique to them on it.

For me it's the go-to place to play boardgames in AD, good collection of games, amazing drinks and food, and the best of all friendly staff.

I brought my daughter here, as she'd not experienced Wagamamas before, and it did not disappoint!! We were seated straight away as there was only 2 of us, although it was very popular and larger parties we having to wait 20 minutes or so. We had fabulous food and drink, and will definitely be returning ????

The food exceeded our expectations, with flavours, textures and experience galore.
Very knowledgeable server with the ability to answer and expand upon all our queries.
The location is great with accessible parking across the road and other venues in the vicinity. Intimate venue compared to other Wagamama restaurants, which was pleasant.

I've rarely made the effort to come to Wagamamas (only twice since they opened in Dorchester) and not sure why as I actually really enjoy it.

The food is as tasty as the chopsticks are tedious (I'll work it out one day). The staff are clearly going for the casual relaxed approach which I'm normally a fan of but 2 of the lads seemed to rock the 'I just want my shift to end' attitude which spoilt it a little.

Other than that though, loved it and will make more of an effort to come back more often.

Table for 9. Lovely front of house staff but meals were served over a span of half and hour from first to last and the childrens tofu rice and the veggie gyoza & noodles were disgusting and inedible. Totally let down by the kitchen. Serving food as and when is fine but a ten minute window ish would be reasonable not half of you finished before some are served.
Also, the two inedible meals were shameful. Such simple food so ruined
It used to be great here but the last few times it’s been poor to awful.
Won’t come again
The two stars are for the lovely front of house staff nothing else deserved anything.

Popular spot. When we visited last the food was delicious, it was just such a shame that the service was so poor; food orders forgotten, needing to chase drinks orders after asking two or three times, and staff dashing about with very little coordination all detracted from the experience and it wasn't even that busy in the restaurant - can't help but feel that too much priority is given to delivery and takeaway business to the detriment of those who choose to dine in ...

We went to Wagamama in Dorchester to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we had a fantastic time! I think the last time we visited was a long time (2017!) and I can't recall how good the food, atmosphere and the service were, just great! The service was that good that even the head chef paid his compliments to my daughter and her friends which was very kind! I'll be back soon to you folks, thanks for the huge kindness from you to us on that day!

We went in tonight (11/5/23) to take a friend out for a meal, we were greated quickly and with good manners.

The food was great quality, almost no wait for it either. But the highlight was our waiter Dan. He was relaxed, informative and very accomidating.

Overall a great meal, very happy with the food and service.

Give that man a raise!
