I am lost for words to express our gratitude to your team. Most specifically to the lady in counter 9, Aysha. You really are heaven sent. She explained all the process and the bumps along the way but she provided all the solutions for every difficulty in the process. She have gone out of her way just to help us. First class service, hats off! Also to the the lady in the first counter near the entrance towards the left side. She assisted us in resubmitting the application. They had made our journey bearable especially during this difficult time.Great job ladies and keep it up. Thank you again.
