Extremely good saloon loved their services … staff is very well trained and welcoming … the owner herself is such a nice and polite lady… i felt really good and happy for sure going to be their regular customer..

SUPER BAD SERVICE, DAMAGE TO MY HAIR IS IRREPLACABLE .I HAVE TO GET A BOY CUT BECAUSE OF THEM ONLY. This is the worst salon I have ever visited in Al Ain. They ruined my hair completely, now my hair started breaking while I am touching forget about combing. Very unprofessional , pathetic. I went there for perming and see what they did to me. Is my hair looking like permed hair. You just see and decide yourself. My suggestion is never visit this parlor. The one who did this to my hair instead of apologizing, she was very rude to me. They wasted 4 hours and gave me this result. Moreover, it's a mental and physical harassment to any girl to loose the hair like this. You can see my last picture how they my hair is falling .

This salon is against improvement in all of its means, it's like that they want to have complains and asking for it , if you are not welling to give proper service then i advise you to find another business, everytime i say this will be my last time here and i keep giving them chances but this is my LAST time .

Good service! It was my first time here and I can tell that I’m planning to have my monthly visit here. There moroccan bath is nice and all of their services. They let you feel comfortable and they have reasonable prices. Watch out also for their promotions. They are very responsive in messenger and whatsapp. Their staff are all busy but still manage to accommodate all their customers. They have also gym, I still never try to see their gym though but planning to see on my next visit. Always see to it that you liked their fb page so that you are update in their promotions. Lucky for me to buy their coupons. From what I experienced, you need to take an appointment prior to your visit as they have a lot of customers especially on weekends.
