I am using Takaful Emarat for the second year for my wife. Initially I was in dubai visa, and now I got a new job in dibba fujairah. When I wanted to renew my contract, they said I have to buy a new plan as my visa is in a new emirate which is fujairah. Initially I paid AED 1750 and now I was requested to pay AED 2347 + VAT. That is only basic plan available. Even after paying that amount of premium, there is only one clinic disgusting clinic covered in Dibba area which is Life care clinic. The website itself is fake with wrong contact numbers and no doctors. If I want to use a clinic I have to take a taxi and travel one hour to the fujairah city. I called hotline and requested if atleast they could cover Sharq clinic in dibba. And they wanted me to purchase the AED 4500 + plan to avail just another clinic which is ridiculous! One of the worst coverage and money eating insurance! Made a mistake in renewing the policy with them. This will be the last time!!
