Talabat are not a transparent neither an honest business company between that if you honestly review them with your honest opinion on social media they will directly delete your comment and moreover they are extremely rude leaving the costumer pending forever not to dismiss that they have high rates in everything,however is a story made when they say that the restaurants are the ones putting their own prices but without further comments go and investigate yourself with the restaurants and you will see what i mean here.
One more thin is that over and over they have advertised fake promotions,fake discounts,and there’s no clarity at all not to mention their rude and unprofessional costumer service staff however i would not say all to not be unfair but in general they need a professional and polite team to organize the situation they have and they also need to hire better trained people and they need to study business and management!!!
They are not aware that Transparency is the success to everything !

u200fDo not use talabat , because they cancel my order , do not return money. We only receive messages. They don't care about the customer. Difficulty getting a contact number. Delete it and will not use it again

This is Talabat Mart for online grocery orders. If someone need groceries can order online from Talabat food application so Talabat riders will deliver your door step with in few minutes

Double the prices why? Comparing to the restaurant price.
I prefer ordering from the restaurant with their fee than talabat. Charging a lot for the order plus the delivery and other non sense fees.

Sent me overdated drinks from 6 months ago!!! and now customer service is non existent. Purposely designed so customers can’t complain or contact you. Ridiculous.

Some of the motorcycle rack lights are too bright... POLICE should confiscate and fine talabat for putting these M O R O N I C and Hazardous bikes on the streets.
