Best ice cream place around. We have visited other cafes in this chain, but find the New Brighton one most inviting and organised.
The wait is never too long and the staff are always friendly.
Would love a sign with pictures of the available ice cream flavours high up, so the kids can decide what they want before we get called.

First try of the homemade ice cream. I opted for 2 scoops on the basis of 'how big can it be?'. Rather large, as it turns out! One scoop of rocky road (very chocolaty, but otherwise unremarkable) and one scoop of cherry amaretto (which was REALLY good!) That is definitely not the last one of those I will be treating myself to.

As a whole this is a great cafe. The ice cream is some of the best on the Wirral. Coffee is made well and food it tasty. Feel it is let down however by level of staff at times and how well the cafe is managed during busy times. Have also noticed recently that the seating needs investment as is looking a little tired.

Have to say the staff here are amazing, really friendly very polite. Only popped in for a coffee and a slice of cake, but it was the staff that made it. Cake was nice like ????

The ice creams are lovely. There's a huge range and the vegan ice creams are - in my opinion - indistinguishable from the non-vegan equivalents.

Yes, it's expensive, but the quality is really there.

I'm a fan of the honeycomb flavour in particular.

This place brings a smile to my face even on the gloomiest of days. The ice-cream selection is lovely and varied and the staff are always friendly and patient.

The ice cream is pricey but a good size and delicious.
The coffee was ok.
