It was a famious and very old supermarket, I have found that the prices are a bit higher than the other market available in this area.

I've had good experience with this GP practice. I called the practice to request an appointment this morning and recieved a call back from a GP within 2 hours. The doctor saw me the same day and arranged for my bloods to be taken.
Overall happy with the care.

Very much unwilling practice to register a patient in need for emergency appointment on temporary basis where my home address is in another city and county, arguing with me, that I do belong there where is my temporary accommodation and there were no chance to see a doctor.
I had conversation with my work colleague about the practice, she warned me not to register here!
Her partner died after been misdiagnosed here for brain tumour.

Very unprofessional with a loud voice the reception girl not helping a patient.
I been using the clinic for twenty year ,I am British citizen but nothing was before in clinic like now.
I will complain to the manager Mrs Butler and I hope on the GP reception to employ kind and come people.
This matter will go further

All the staff here in my experience have been wonderful. First surgery where I feel like 'non-urgent' medical problems are taken seriously. If I've needed a referral they've supported that, blood tests etc. all taken care of - it's made such a difference to my life even just being listened to. Dr. Maddison in particular has been great, would really recommend the place :)

Sympathetic and efficient reception team. Good listening from the two doctors I have encountered who both made effective decisions about my health problem and helped me to find a good resolution. I will certainly have trust in this team in the future.

Very poor reception service - essentially blocking the ability to speak to a doctor when that doctor told us to call back for lab results for my elderly mother. Having been registered myself at this surgery for 32 years (I rarely go to the doctor myself) I am now fearful that I might actually get sick and need to call the doctor but could experience this “go away and come back when it suits us” service culture. Very disappointed.

Absolute disaster both times I went to this center. The receptionists were rude and dismissive on the phone when I scheduled a smear test and a simple blood test.

When I first came in a month ago, I was greeted with condescension from them. Worse yet, the nurse said she wasn't able to perform my smear test- that I scheduled. She also took several minutes trying to find my vein to draw my blood. I saw my own vein and pointed it to her and even politely suggested she try my other arm as it may be easier. After several minutes, she eventually took my blood, only for me to be called to come back in a week later to reschedule as they "took a bad sample".

I rescheduled to come in a month later from London for the smear test and the blood test-during lockdown this time. There wasn't a single patient in the building but the staff acted like I was a huge inconvenience. While the doctor was doing the smear test, I felt immense pain and told her it hurt, she then paused without saying or moving anything. When the pain in the same spot of course became too intense I asked her to please stop. I've had smear tests before and had never experienced pain like that. The time it took her to just get to that painful spot was the amount of time any other doctor would've collected 3 samples. Yet she said she wasn't able to get anything, and was extremely dismissive and passive aggressive about my pain. After she collected my blood she snarkily said "well, that's one thing you accomplished today." It made absolutely no sense for these people to be so rude and incompetent in an empty center. I feel terrible for any patient who has no choice but to come here, especially my fellow international students at St Hilda's who will unfortunately now have these people as their face of the NHS.

The doctor couldn't tell me what was wrong with my knee and to not worry about it. I wasn't happy with this so I asked to speak to another doctor who also didn't know what was wrong so he said he'd refer me to a physiotherapist which never happened, this was a year and a half ago. Turns out I have a very common ACL tear which I need surgery to rectify.
