Very, very slow staff members. There's a lot of staff hiding in the back or the 'cubby hole' at the end of the 'store' deliberately drawing out one task to avoid the next. Never let them alter your pass book account manually as they are not very good at maths even using an online calculator which, of course, they have to do.

Why is the Durham Branch closed all day Wed, Thurs and Friday the 16.09.2022 ? . To re-open on 20.09.2022. Ofcourse the switchboard are currently experiencing a high volume of calls . For those 3 dates alone..
