This garage treated us amazingly well. We took our American RV in because we had a soft tyre. The young man there went over and above to help and had to take all the wheel hubs off to get to the valves. He checked all the tyres, including the double wheels, and put air in all of them and replaced the valve caps with new ones. Then himself and the boss insisted on not charging us. How often do you get that sort of service in this day and age.

I had the need to ask for emergency attention at this busy garage - my own job (fixing my large glider trailer) of course being far more important than anything else.... sorry.
However Owen came out to assist me out front and in no time at all cheerily got me going again.
Grand lad, cheerful to assist and see me on my way.
Good stuff!

A huge thank you to Alistair and the staff at Blair Atholl Garage for the assistance and repair of my Land Rover following a turbo hose failure whilst visiting the area with our touring caravan.
Identified the problem, ordered the parts and repaired all in 48 hours.
Totally excellent and definitely recommended.

I cannot thank this garage enough for what they did for me today. We broke down on the A9 at 7pm Friday and the RAC kept telling us someone was coming with a flat bed had to keep calling back while telling them my battery on phone was dying, nobody from RAC came out so we had to spend the night on the A9. I called Blair Athol to see if he could recover us and even take us back to their garage however we couldn't wait too long for the part due to my husband having to get to work however he phoned back within 5 mins to say one of their trucks would be out which after spending all night waiting for help was a god send he said they would be there within the hour which they were and not only that they took us all the way to Stirling services and when I asked the very nice man who drove us there how to pay he said that the garage had arranged it through RAC and also arranged for another company to meet us there to take us the rest of the way home. This company has restored my faith in humanity and customer care and I cannot thank you enough we are home and in our bed now thanks to you. Forever grateful and thankful. 8 mins away from me and my partners holiday destination my tire burst put a space saver on the next morning went the this garage and within half on hour was off again brand new tire for a fair price ! To make this a five stair review even had a good Convo with the staff would recommend to anyone !

Stopped off here while heading north on the A9 as there was a horrible juddering coming from my friends van. Super helpful young man had a look at the wheels and found the fault in seconds and had us on our way in no time. Thank You very much. ????????

I wasn’t going to leave a review and give the maintenance supervisor the benefit of the doubt but I have changed my mind after recent developments.

Our car broke down and was taken to Blair Atholl garage by the AA as it was the closest. The car needed 2 injectors which was fine but I happened to call twice one day to ask for an update (the first phone call was pointless as I was given little to no information) the second phone call, the maintenance supervisor got irate with me and used his position of power, knowing there’s not a garage for miles, to tell me that he would “leave the keys in the car if I want to get it towed somewhere else”. No matter how much I explained that I was just looking for a rough timescale so that I could arrange childcare and travel to collect the car (I live about 100 miles away) he did not take it onboard and just got more annoyed. Shocking customer care.

As I said, I was going to leave it at that but subsequently, I needed to replace another injector and the rocker gasket. When removing the 2 injectors that Blair Atholl garage replaced it found that they had not installed the o-rings on the injector body meaning that lube oil could get down into the injector pocket or worse, if the injector seal was leaking, combustion particles and or fuel could get into my lube oil with the potential of destroying the engine.
To top it off, they dropped a copper washer inside the rocker space when changing injectors and did not bother to recover it. This could have caused damage to the rocker gear and had the potential to cause catastrophic damage to the engine.

If I had know the poor quality of the workmanship I would have towed my car to a different garage or home to do the work myself. Perhaps I should have know by the attitude of the maintenance supervisor! This post is a warning to other to be wary.

Amazing service, my tire had a puncture and within an hour of arriving they had fixed it and had us on our way. A massive bonus with everyone being super friendly!
