Been passing for karak here for the past 3 years. The tea is excellent but the new evening staff are very rude, very slow and they have poor customer service. They need to bring the old staff back

One star is too much for them, very bad service they don’t know how to talk with customers ,if we order food they will took 1 hour for delivery , I’m really fed up with this guys…
