They are recommend as the approved Tesla repair centre by Tesla themselves but when I contacted them they didn’t answer the phone so I emailed regarding insurance covered repairs than need to be made. Nobody responded for weeks and when I followed up they informed me they can no longer access he report to complete the claim as it exceeded the time frame and then said I had to pay for the new report for the delay on their side! I hope their actual body work is better than their service so far. I will update this post after the work is done.
