Bad customer service. Yousuf bhai worked hard all his life and made teeb Al Eamarat a signature. But now employees dont even care about customer. You dont like perfume no need to come back here. This is employees attitude. Wow.

Nice place . It’s an experience to try occasionally, the blending of natural oils to get the smell of exclusive perfumes.

I'm a busy guy and booked a 1 hour flying lesson - my first one. I got there well before time and was ready for the discussion, briefing and then lesson.

Unfortunately they were late and my lesson started 1.5 hours after its scheduled time. The reason? they had fewer people to help out with running the club and therefore had to do more tasks themselves which often led to starting late.

I was late picking up my child from a birthday party and very stressed about it. I would be happy to pay extra as long as lessons started at the time they were supposed to.
I never went back there.

Came here for the airshow also a classic/vintage car show ( same day ) a great free day. Male/female toilets. Burger vans and stalls etc. Every year @ this time. Check it out its free entry.

I learnt to fly at this school in 2011/12 and passed my PPL in minimum hours, first time. I continued to fly their aircraft and went on to do my IMC rating and Aerobatic rating with them. Their prices are probably the best in the country. The instructors are very knowledgeable and take time to ensure you understand the lesson fully. I had a truly fantastic experience with this school and still do.
There are however, two sides to every story and I happen to know the other side to the chap Lloyd’s negative experience. 1 - After having a one hour Aerobatic experience in the Cessna 150, he solo hired the aircraft at a later date. When questioned what he was off to go and do, his response was “to practice the aerobatics I was shown last time”. He has recently got his PPL and doesn’t have an Aerobatic rating. I’d say that’s pretty idiotic. 2 - Another time and most recent, I believe he was out of currency for solo hire for the aircraft. He tried to argue the toss that he was current because he’d been “flying” a non approved, home made, Boeing 737 simulator. I’d also say that’s pretty idiotic.
Anyway, York Flying School is awesome and thank you for everything.

Some good instructors there but the chief pilot does not offer constructive feedback and is instead rude. When confronted on the issue refused to apologies and could not see what they did wrong. Appalling customer service. They won't have to worry about this 'idiot' flying their aircraft anymore.

I went to York flying school for training . The airfield is great, it has a wide runway great for training and everyone is friendly. The instructors are skilled and very helpful from the microlight instructor to Lewes the tailwheel instructor and Mickey at the helm. I enjoyed my training and the prices are the most reasonable that can be found almost anywhere. You will miss out if you do not try these guys! Thanks for everything from start to finish.

Relaxed and friendly staff ... I decided to continue. With them due to there approach. To teaching .i certainly. Got the impression that they doing it for the love of flying and pass on their knowledge. Rather than making money. I had my first lesson at this club with Eon and it was great he is wealth of knowledge and I'm sure the rest of instructors just as helpful and knowledgeable . I cant wait to get my ppl with this club. Thanks guys .

I completed my PPL at the first attempt with York Flying School. The entire process was very smooth and professional and the environment is always friendly and relaxed. All the staff are very knowledgeable and the pricing is by far the most reasonable I could find anywhere in the country. If you are considering doing your PPL training look no further than this place. Highly recommended. A+

Breighton airfield is a little gem, just south of york, its a pleasant hours drive.

Its usually quite quiet.

The owners private collection of aircraft, are imacculate and a joy to behold.
