Five stars for the service I’ve received during the pandemic and since despite the horrendous pressure these doctors and nurses are under, I cannot fault them seeing it from both sides as a patient and an ex nurse. I am an asthma sufferer and only once during this time was I unable to get an appointment and was seen very quickly at the walk- in centre. Keep up the good work and not forgetting the receptionists too, I wouldn’t want their job!

Horrible service. Had to call over 60 times to get through. Understandable that it’s busy, I am busy myself as a health professional so I definitely understand the pressures but why is it when I finally get through to someone, they are telling me the person I’m calling regarding isn’t registered and trying to question my integrity by asking if they may be registered at castle surgery? No. Also, as I’m trying to explain the receptionist has hanged up the line on me. I’m having to call back AGAIN. We registered at this surgery this year, very rude staff. I appreciate they’re overwhelmed and overworked with the current NHS pressure but why didn’t they call back? No excuses there. The line obviously didn’t cut off as they would have called me back immediately. Appalling to say the least, is this what we pay our taxes for? To get this kind of service? When someone needs to see a GP we do all we can and then we have no choice but to arrange something, the staff make it even more challenging than it needs to be.

East Hill are wonderful. They may have an old building but my goodness the staff are so knowledgeable, their systems for transferring you appropriately amazing, they have a variety of specialists amongst the GPs and I honestly can’t fault them.

What a bad service, especially from the secretaries. My baby has been registered here since Nov 2022, and I went yesterday to the walk in service, doctor said to go again the next day but I can't make it because of the weather and I call to try and find another time, and the lady on the phone says my son is not registered there "sorry". Worse than a third world country.

Rang up asking advice was called in seen by a nurse and out again within a couple of hours. Excellent place.

Impossible to get an appointment. Was in the telephone, in the qeue, and just when it was my turn, someone pickup and hangup. Now, it says that lines are busy and don't let me into the qeue... Not even reception picks up...

This place has really gone downhill. They won’t even let you through the front door anymore . You have to walk round the back through the car park Down a corridor and back on yourself only to face Disgruntled receptionists . I struggle every month to get the 3 items on my prescription. I’m sick to death of having to phone and visit in order to solve the same problem over and over. OPEN THE FRONT DOOR ????

Nearly impossible to get an appointment here. Usually end up giving up but have now registered at a new practice instead.
