The chocolate is hard not the true taste of teuscher Switzerland was very disappointed but if you don’t know the brand I think it’s fine

Amazing place. So cosy, amazing sweets and coffee. Nice personnel.
Great environment to spend some quiet time.

Just one comment - would be better is the tea was served not in a bag. ????

Visited today to take money from my Branch account, found the place closed for a full refurbishment. Absolutely no mention of this closure on Worcester Branch website, what an inconvenience. Please look after your customers better than this.
