Ridiculous staff.
Ordering pcs from offer going on, and was super spicy.. Took 2 hours to get back to normal, by drinking plenty of water.
Un responsible staff, zero customer oriented. Dissatisfied

I went to Texas Chicken in Sarab Mall in Banyas I have offer to get one For free chicken crunch Sandewich from ADNOC
but the girl was their she refused to give she said. No. This is from ADNOC I told her yes but it’s offer. And I have to get from Texas’s Shope but she said no

The staff are unfriendly and doesn't now any thing about communication skills , sorry to say that with great company like yours .
Always angry and short answers not only with me but also with 9ther costumrs while I am waiting . Specially staff Nellam
They should change the tittle from fast food , they are not prepared well , and not ready , it took me 30 minutes to take my meal

The worst experience ever it took me 1 hour to order. The customer service agent was nice however, it is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant to take 50min to deliver! My building is 5km from their location

I ordered a spicy burger, but the spicy flavor is stupid and too hot, they should give a warning at least.

Staff was unfriendly too, and slow service.
