3 Days now I have been waiting for my Amazon delivery and each day I receive an email to say that my parcel will be delivered between 9am - 9pm

The drivers are slack to respond if they even bother to respond at all. TFM Express appears to very competent when giving excuses yet the opposite when it comes to delivering the goods.

If you cannot provide the service then do not take on the contract!

Very very disappointing!!

This is extremely poor service.

Worst customer service ever I seen. it's my first experience delivery from Amazon handled by your company I tried to call your helpline no response delivery late no one informed.

Very bad company..... The operater Maria is like recorder repeating same words... Waiting more than one week for my shipment.... Still waiting.... They are trying to make me coming to warehouse to pick up my shipment...
