Absolutely shocking customer service I’ve used these every single day since moving into Rochdale in December I’ve always been very patient but when they take your money and don’t have the decency to call and say that the taxi will not be with me for the time I prebooked it for due to Juma I would have appreciated that now my little boy has missed a very important appointment and the guy on the phone is very rude no sympathy or anything just I’ll cancel it and puts the phone down!! I’d definitely avoid I wouldn’t mind I pay £16 per day most days for my lads to get my lads to school!! Definitely will not be getting my service anymore

Excellent customer service very fast and reliable, cheaper than uber well done, will be downloading your app and using your taxis more often in future thank you.

Excellent company! Turned up in minutes of me phoning.. very polite staff..and very patient as my sister is disabled and finds it difficult getting in and out of vehicles.. would definitely recommend!☺️

I use this firm a lot. There's a diversion on my street and the amount of drivers who have moaned and pulled their face is ridiculous!! ???? I pay on the app so an 80p charge is already added to the normal fare. I'm made to feel guilty by some drivers and it's 30p to take me round by the next street. Me and all my family have used streamline for years. When I pay cash I always give a tip, always polite. One tried dropping me at the diversion with 4 giant bags of shopping! I'm sick of telling them it's not the customers fault. The nicer drivers I'll pay an extra 50p as they don't moan and make me feel bad. Streamline sort it out!!!!

Disgraceful. I rang to book a taxi from rochdale for 21:30pm. The train was delayed by 10 minutes so i called back to ask they move it to 21:40pm

At 21:30 they rang to say they were outside & then rang me every minute thereafter

When i arrived i got inn& the driver screamed & shouted at me, another driver then rang me because the office had sent 2 cars & said

“This is your fault. Learn how to book a taxi”

For the duration of my journey my driver shouted at me then at my friends for 10 minutes when we arrived

absolutely the worse drivers.. dangerous drivers.. and if you send dash cam video to their manager they will do absolutely nothing because its their culture to drive like lunatics.. its something you will never experience from globe taxi.... i would rather walk through sahara desert than order their taxi..

Tonight one of their drivers almost hit my partner in a car park, proceeded to shout at me to deny it, then blocked my mother in law in and finally ro rope it off admitted illegally using his phone behind the wheel. Tried to complain but was fobbed off. Careful these drivers only get a warning if they do things like this apparent.

Drivers should have a shower more often especially when is so hot like now. Twice in the raw driver smell very bad, car was dirty. Behaviour of drivers is not professional. They just don't care.
