Had serious red warning oil light appear, so couldn’t drive car. Jim knew immediately what the cause was and fixed it. If I’d gone to my car’s dealership they would’ve done another £1,000.00 of total unnecessary work. This is now my garage of choice!
Straight forward, no bulls**t service and RAC recommended.

I previously always took my car to Jim because I believed "they do a fair job at a fair price", however I no longer feel that's true. I have now found a more honest and proactive garage instead.

Brakes were sticking so took it here as reviews were raving, paid for new pads and brake fluid change, still had the same issue when I left and had same color fluid, they asked to leave it with them overnight, said they would call me when it was ready in the morning but they didn't. When I was back they said the brakes were fine so they didn't even work on it but when I looked under the hood I'd had new brake fluid now. Works fine now no complaints. Either they are dishonest or they have a magic fairys in the car park. ????

I took my car to this garage due to a slight noise under my wheel, the garage had my car for 7 days and I had to pay £180 for the problem and other minor problems to be fixed, as I drove home I was disappointed to still hear this noise. They requested that I bring the car back to garage in which I did, however after two days I was told they could not find what the problem was and that I shouldn’t worry as it can’t be anything serious. After a week of driving my car the problem has got much more serious. The service at this garage is very poor! I lost a weeks worth of work however they did not show any sympathy or remorse. I was told they were going to test drive my car which I was fine with, later on that day they knew I was coming to collect the car, when I arrived I was told to wait as someone was test driving the car, to my surprise after 40 minutes of waiting someone notified me that the car was in the garage this whole time.
