One of the best sushi nights in Abu Dhabi. And they serve some other dishes as well. The quality is really great and the service is excellent. The manager is very friendly. In short, it's a hidden gem. Just one recommendation to make the foundry the perfect restaurant: change everything about the desserts!

We love the Foundry and have for years! Today we joined their Street Brunch and wow what an experience! The food, service, vibe and drinks were a plenty and just perfect. A really fun vibe with great live music and loads of fun! Great afternoon! What made this brunch just great was the kids area where we could enjoy our brunch as parents and our little one had her very own brunch and games galore. A massive thanks to Jaftina for taking care of our little Zoey for the afternoon, she’s been asking for you all evening! Once again a massive thanks to Shannon, Ahmed and their team and to Carl for making sure our table was FULL. We will be back!

We had Japanese night, the food tastes authentic with a lot of sushi varieties, they had the best beef for a buffet. The dessert bar has few items but all tastes good. The service was superb, servers were very attentive, they dont wait for you to call to ask for drinks. Worth the price!

My husband is a picky eater when it comes to his steaks. In as much, we try every steakhouse around Abu Dhabi. He ordered a medium rare and his steak came as Medium well. The steaks, included mine needed more seasoning. The mashed potato was nothing special, as well as the side salad. The ice cream dessert was TOO sour and was EXTREMELY TOO sweet.

The service however was spot on, the waiter was kind, attentive and professional.

The speed of service was okay given that the restaurant was having sushi night.

I always ask my husband on how he liked his steak. He’s not the confrontational type but given that we paid 400 aed for everything, I know he deserved to enjoy his steak which he didn’t. Will we come back? Yes - We’d love to try again and give them a chance.

So what did my husband rated his steak? It was a 7/10 compared to his fave steak at Marco Pierre at 12/10 ☺️ or his Bentley and Texas Roadhouse steak at 9.5-10/10.

Kudos to the crew and the ambiance of the restaurant.

PS: We loved the bread as well. Would love to give them a 3.5 but had to rate them as a 3 for now. Might change the review the next time we visit again.

My husband and I went to one of its Sushi Nights (every Thursday night and is on Entertainer, you're welcome????). There were a lot of sushi and maki varieties and nigiris to choose from. I am biased to makis raw and fried alike while my husband has always preferred sashimis. And The Foundry offerings truly satisfied our cravings! They also have a seafood section where the mussels, prawns, king crabs are offered. Fried options is also a must try and the Korean Chicken Wings was my favorite. If you have not tasted Okra Ice Cream, they have it and it was surprisingly delicious, so creamy and soft! Praises to Abinesh for the 5-star service and always making sure that our drinks are refilled on time. We will surely revisit. Highly recommended and very good bang for the buck. More power to The Foundry Team!

The brunch was awesome!! I loved the food selections! They serve you at your table, you can choose from the menu and staff will happily serve at the table unlimited bread and butter! Also the appetizers are unlimited!! The Fois Gras are outta this world!! You can go for soft drinks package or the Alcohol package!! The main course will be served once and you have a choice of three main plates!! All are very good especially the beef Willington!! The desserts are unlimited too and so delicious, the service is so good, we love the service Bryan provided us during our brunch!! Will definitely go again so soon.

Was here for a staff event. Service and ambience were great. It was an evening brunch so I expected more when it came to the food service. Our final course came out and it was lacking in substance. Left hungry.
