In the Shams Boutik mall. Small cafe which serves a variety of foods from different cuisines. We went for the breakfast, the food was good and service was good. It was quiet when we went and got busy whilst we dined. The food came out quickly. The place is decorated nicely but it's small. Overall a nice place.

Well-balanced breakfast sets which included a small orange juice and coffee/chai. Reasonably-priced, high-quality and came out quick. Our server, Bhuyan, was superbly welcoming, friendly, and kind, a real highlight! The decor and atmosphere was excellent as well. Looking forward to coming back!

Great coffee but they have to improve their dessert quality. The tiramisu was very dry and the cheesecake could have been more cheesy.

Food was good but server had an attitude problem. Could be 5 stars but definitely not coming back personally. Food quality was good so our compliments to the chef. There were few flies around but it's understandable as it's an open area. Server was pretty stuck up as if doing us a favour and to make it worse, got the bill wrong and when I asked for the new correct bill said its not possible.
Might order but not worth going to the restaurant with such servers.

We visited this place on Friday for breakfast. It was really busy. We got a table for 6 (they joined 2 tables) with the help of the kind staff. They were very accommodating and suggested us their best dishes as we were new here.

We ordered several dishes which we really liked. We ordered the Wellington, omelette pav, sabudana khichri, kheema pav and matka tea. The tea was excellent. We ordered around ten cups of tea ????????. The food was also good and tasty. The ambiance was centered around old Bollywood actresses which gave an 80s Indian feel.

We would definitely visit this place again for breakfast and maybe give it a try for lunch or dinner.

The decor and ambience is nice and cosy. The service , attentiveness of staff needs drastic improvement. The service staff are not very friendly. They need to learn to welcome customers and at least smile. The food was good, especially the pumpkin bhartha. From a health standpoint , improvements need to be made as the paratha ???? served with the pumpkin bharta was made with maida flour ( refined and bleached all purpose flour - stripped off of all nutrients) which is not healthy. Overall, value for
money was lacking. One will expect more value at this price point.

Visit to The Kettle Corner in Boutik mall on Reem island took us back to the nostalgic era of Irani Cafes located at every other corner of the busy Mumbai streets with round marble tables and wooden chairs. The large bell shaped brass overhanging lights and the black and white posters of iconic bollywood beauties of the bygone era adds to the rustic ambience.
The Vada pav, kheema pav and Bhaji pav we ordered simply came out from the streets of Mumbai. The chicken berry wrap with walnuts, Mac & cheese, Pesto & Fresh Mozarella panini and veggie grillo are simply delicious.
The lemongrass ice tea, water melon juice and mango lassi were truly refreshing.
On other two occasions, we specifically visited to try their breakfast offerings. We ordered Wellingdon breakfast, Bombay breakfast, French toast, Chicken tikka wrap, Oats porridge, Poha, Aloo Paratha, Pav Bhaji, American espresso, hot chocolate, Ginger tea and Masala chai.
All were very yummy.
The overall menu is well set to cater to various tastes but there is still room for improvement to add more signature items from Mumbai streets such as Puri bhaji, kutchi dabeli, misal pav, bhurji pav, kaleji fry and sabudana vada to name a few.
The hospitality extended by Paresh and Adrian to make us comfortable is appreciable.
All in all a very fulfilling evening spent with the family at The Kettle Corner and look forward to visit and explore more to spoil the taste buds.

I have grabbed a karak chai from here multiple times but today stopped in for lunch with my wife. The food and service were both excellent and the total bill was only 70aed for 2 meals and drinks, which for boutik mall is great. I really like the decor of the place too. Will be back again to try out other menu items.
