I have to say my experience so far has been very good - receptionist very helpful and got me signed up very quickly and booked in for check up. When having treatment dentist was quite thorough and carried out without any pain and as mentioned elsewhere injection painless. Having had above experience I find the negative comments on here very strange.

Took a while to get my partner to go to the dentist because of childhood trauma with a certain dentist, she went to see Charlie the dentist and ended up running out the door not receiving any treatment due to his arrogance and not taking into consideration the pain he was causing her. He trained in Africa seemingly think it was on a Safari park you do well to avoid this practice

Very rude and unhelpful receptionist who
discriminated against my disability and told me to leave with my assistance dog. Dentist was very unhelpful too and told us not to come back. Now found a fantastic dentist nearer home who welcomed my dog and me.

Really good dentist, been a few times now, check ups and some work done, certainly knows his job and best of all his injections are painless
