Most of the floors are owned by adnoc. Nobody can enter without proper documents or appointments

Okay, not to bad. There are a decent selection of shops like WHsmiths and other retail brands along with fast food. Car park is okay with a good amount of parking. However toilets were not amazing and sometimes can get very crowded with students from the university.

Nice friendly estate with a decent local pub and shops. Occasional reports of local teens being a nuisance in communal areas. The area opposite the shops is still an eyesore (wasteland) and the council or private management company usually take their sweet time mowing the lawns and doing repairs, but other than that a lovely neighborhood.

Lovely neighbourhood. Though far from the city center. It has a public park. Great place for kids.

Nice place to find most essential as lots of shops and its got post office, pharmacy, chippy shop and a nice pub around too.

Took alot of time to order food also the catering team leaving dirty plates from other people still on the table we had to ask many times to take the plates away as they wernt ours before ordering, also after ordering the meal(s) seem to take alot of time to get them don't understand why as the place wasn't Busy finally not really wheelchair friendly

Has everything you need well nearly would be nice to have a Chinese takeaway and hairdressers...but the chippie...the Indian & subway are good The local supermarket is usually well stocked and the staff are friendly. .Plus the area always appears clean & tidy too and the bonus is plenty of off road parking.
