Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend

My visit to The One Men for a beard trim was extremely disappointing. The barber who attended to me lacked professionalism and seemed in a rush to finish quickly and move on to the next customer. When I requested him to cut my white hair, he responded with a nonchalant "I'll try." This lack of confidence in his own abilities left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.

I strongly advise against visiting this shop for any grooming services. The overall experience was subpar, and I do not believe they prioritize customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and find another establishment that values professionalism and takes pride in their work.

I’m sorry i never write reviews at any place, but i had a manicure with Alan, its one of the worst manicure I've ever had, he made me bleed, my cuticles are not even removed, dead skin all around my nails, right hand is buffed more than the left hand, in a visible way, this is my second time in The One Spa, and probably the last.

It was my first time visiting the place and it was a good experience (very quiet) , the staff are kind and ben showed us around and gave us a good treatment (pedi)

I am very grateful to mr Alan , his style is elegant and his work is more than wonderful .. I am very fortunate in him .. because he deserves all the appreciation and praise for his work with all merit .. Thanks to mr Alan and the one spa

I availed 2 services there:
1. Foot Spa: I feel i didnt get value for money. I paid 80 dhs and the guy was done in literally 15 minutes.

2. Japanese Ear Wax: It was 90 dhs, took 5 minutes and nothing was on the candle sticks after the guy was done. The guy told me that its because your ears are clean but there was still wax in my ears.

Very disappointed with this place.

As first experience in this place, I see the pricing for body shaving is too high. And the person who did for me shaving was in rush.
I don’t think I’ll go there in future time anymore.
