The pool/restaurants and bars were also excellent. We were served complimentary water all day. Guests were also provided with free sun cream, which you could help yourself to at any point during the day. The staff are all very friendly and extremely attentive.
My only negative comment would be that during check-in we were not giving too much information on what facilities the hotel had - such as the small cake and tea rooms at the side of the main entrance of the hotel. Nor were we given much information about the kids clubs or the chefs brunch.
We will however be retuning…. Thank you for having us.

5 stars also for the ambience, the food, and the pool. Everything is super clean. Room was very soundproof, even though we had middle door and neighbours, the room was really peaceful that we couldn't believe it!

The size of the room was sufficient for a family to stay, and the amenity was luxurious and good.
The role of the Kids Club was helpful for both adults and children!
From the moment I got out of the car to the moment I got back in the car, the whole journey was perfect. Staff service was exceptionally friendly and amazing.
