Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the rooftop pool at Aloft Al Ain with my friends, and it was absolutely amazing! The pool offered a refreshing escape and boasted stunning views under the radiant sunlight. I highly recommend experiencing it during the morning hours for a truly delightful time. ????????u200d♂️

Service has been extremely poor the since the beginning of my stay.
Waiters only cater to the bar area and nowhere else, when you order food they forget to process it so it arrives extremely late or not at all.
Only able to order certain things until a certain time because the chef is downstairs and they are not able to process it for upstairs - bizarre!
Not a great experience with this service, even though I have been giving it the benefit of the doubt and trying multiple times, without improvement.
Waiters walking passed you and ignoring you with empty glasses or even after grasping their attention.

While the location is lovely, after attending the rooftop on multiple occasions it is clear that the DJ has limited to zero knowledge of music. She plays the same music night after night and its not even good songs. Last night (friday) we were here and she played multiple songs two or three times on the same night. In a world full of songs, this is genuinely disappointing. On a Saturday night people have requested to turn the music up, followed by resistance... and the music is honestly bad. The bar also "ran out of Absolut vodka." The food is good though.

This is one of the best places to ever be. Customer service is on point outstanding staff, good communication skills and good team work. The is one of the best bars and has one best Barguy on board #Praveen

Awesome vibe reminds me of rooftop parties in Cape Town! Great for an afternoon sundowner or a night out. If you looking for the best waiter ask for Toufiq, not only is he attentive, he even helped me choose an amazing wine on special!
