It's a good hotel to stay in budget. Very comfortable stay and helpful staff. Even the location is convenient. I had a great experience over all.

Very basic hotel. Rooms are quite old and need repairs, apart from the bugs you may find. The gym is fair enough and the location is good, with many local shops and places to it. It is close to the Corniche and not far to visit the Qasar Al Watan and Hotel Emirates Palace and Marina Mall. There are better options for this price.

I book today march 17 2am in the morning because I’m very far from western region I’m come her then the receptionist pakistan told me not allowed to go inside the hotel because my time 12 afternoon I’m very disappointed I’m very tired I’m want sleeping until now I’m waiting outside of the hotel I’m I have friends her in the city I’m not book very dirty not clean to much cockroaches..!!what kind of this receptionist he dont no how to takecare the cstmer the receptionist told me if I want to go check in I need again to pay half 170 dirham again then the supervisor told me you me yes I’m pay the cstmer new coming the hotel same why you give the room

Everything is very clean and nice, but there are issues.

Very few power outlets, only like 2.
Very few dishes.
Very odd priority of what we need in the apartment with a kitchen. We got 4 sticks of coffee and 2 tea bags, but no salt or oil. How are we supposed to cook there? We were only here for 2 days, there's no way we could buy salt and oil for just 2 days, we had to throw the rest of it in the trash.
Speaking of cooking, for some reason, despite having 3 gas stoves, gas just isn't connected to them! Thankfully, there's 1 electric stove.

Dirty room and bathroom, poor ventilation... can smell the cooking odour from neighbouring apartments as well as cigarette smoke from residents smoking in the stairwell. Dirty sheets, internal phone not working. Broken stove. OK fridge. Ironing table and good quality iron provided.

Its nice place to live something like home away from home staff is helpful for your stay!!! All essential are in walking distance you just need to chilled your self ????

Nice hotel on a nice location with very hospitable and kind staff, comfortable rooms and cosy caffe near the reception desk. Everything you need, you can fins near by, even the beach is not to far away, 17 minutes by foot. Rooms are comfortable with the refrigerator and the loundry(washing) machine. If you want luxury, this is not the hotel for you but if you want the best deal, this could probably be it.

One of the most disliked hotel experiences I've encountered. No hotel parking, no proper concierge service, telephone line isn't connected from the room to call the reception, luggage wasn't delivered to my room and was left stranded in the lobby for nearly an hour.. even saw cockroaches in the pantry of the room. Do better, hotel.
