The SPA experience is out of this world ???? SPECIAL thanks to Linda for an amazing massage. She is really professional. Thanks to ladies at the SPA reception, they were very welcoming. Great ambience and super skilled therapists. ????????

What a disappointed! For such a highly decorated place with great feedback and a royal mess up on our anniversary. Wrong gender massage therapist...no arrangemts as agreed....demanding payment upfront...cold shoulder treatment and refusing Escalation. Not sure what happened. Watch your reputation!

Overall, price-performance-wise. Before, I didn't understand how you could give money for it. But now I do. It's worth it. And when you have kids, it's doubly nice. So I am grateful to them for recommending me this place. It's very cozy, clean and nice. And the staff is nice. It's nice that there is a choice of massages that you don't want to leave. I don't know if all the masseurs are that good, but I've been to all of them and was very satisfied. Thank you for a pleasant stay

It is not a SPA, it’s a place for “different” service is done by Ukrainians. It’s really disappointing for Ritz Carlton.

Venetian Spa has one of the best massage center experiences of any massage place I have been to in Dubai. It was just great from beginning to end. The deep tissue massage really hit all the spots I wanted and the price was good. I will be back for more massages that are for sure.

The massage center was a very fancy place. They made me feel right at home when I walked in, very clean and very friendly. The massage was actually quite nice and enjoyable. My massage therapist used a lot of pressure, which made the massage feel a lot nicer during it.

I felt so relaxed during the massage it was so nice. It was certainly one of the better massages that I have had. I liked that it was very easy to book an appointment at the massage center, too. Definitely made it a lot nicer overall.
