I requested a mani/pedi and nail extensions using polygel. Their cleaning is really good and the technicians are nice but i will never recommend their polygel or any nail extension. I paid 350 for the polygel only and they all broke in less than a week. I had to get them all removed and reapplied in another professional russian salon which told me that the polygel did not dry properly that is why they kept breaking. 350 dhs went to waste for the polygel service with wave lounge.

Note. Their polygel broke 1 day after it was first applied (picture 1) they sent a technician to fix that nail on the same day. But then all the other nails started breaking (picture 2 and 3) 4 days later.

آن ممتازة في المساج والإطالة.
The deep tissue massage with Ann was one of the best massages I ever had. It incorporated stretches. Ann knew what she was doing and she was so sweet. The warm and comfortable massage bed was a nice plus. Booking and paying online and having the service at home was very convenient.

I used the home service today. The girls were on time and came very nicely presented. They had all the equipment required and were very friendly and professional.

It’s just like having a 5 star salon in the comfort of your own home. Great pricing also.

Highly recommend this service.

Had the worst salon experience. I asked for a specific set of nails beforehand and when they arrived I was told they didn’t have the ones I wanted. The lady who was doing my nails cut my skin on two fingers. She filed my SKIN til I bled. Then she had to hold it down with tissues to stop the bleeding. She used ‘you have sensitive skin’ as an excuse. No girl you filed my skin!! I wanted a hair wash before my hair cut and it cost 120 dhs? For a HAIR WASH? The prices are a scam. Service wasn’t worth it. The only good part of it was the hair cut I got, and it wasn’t what I asked for but it worked at the end. Lastly, I paid extra for gel polish because the lady told me it doesn’t chip and lasts longer, two days later the whole manicure chipped in CHUNKS.

I've been a regular customer at the Wave Lounge and always appreciated their service. However, my recent experience with them has left me extremely disappointed. I got nail gel extensions done just before Eid, but within two days, they began to lift off. To make things worse, within a week, one completely fell off.

When I reached out to complain about the poor quality service, their response was even more frustrating. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, they suggested that I book a refill instead. As someone who has paid a premium price for their services, I expected better treatment.

It's clear to me that the Wave Lounge cares more about making money than keeping loyal customers satisfied. Sadly, I won't be returning to the salon and will instead look for a business that values their clients.

Had an appointment booked for 2pm. No one had arrived by 220 and I hadnt been informed of a delay, so contacted company via WhatsApp. Was told masseuse was in the building and on her way up. I Asked for a discount and was offered 15%. Masseuse didnt arrive until 230.
I cancelled the service. Wouldn't recommend based on poor scheduling/communication.

Overpriced for the quality to be honest! Less than average mani pedi for 230? Why? They have an issue with professionalism too, really disappointed
