I have been to The Westin for business for the second time now. The view from the balcony overlooking the golf course is marvelous, even if you're not into golf. The service is exceptional. I had an issue with a device, but the concierge, Chandra, at The Westin went above and beyond to ensure that I could work smoothly the next day. Personal dedication even after the end of their shift! That's more than just customer service. You can only dream of such experiences in other hotels. I would book there again anytime.

I stayed 3 times in total, and regrettably have to admit that all 3 times were disappointing experience.

During my first stay the receptionist didn’t inform me that my rate does not include breakfast so the next day after having breakfast the hostess rudely called me up after the breakfast and asked to proceed to reception. When I asked what was the matter, she told me I will be told at the reception. When I arrived there, concierge Andrew was very rude in the way he was explaining that I didn’t have breakfast included under my corporate rate. I had to pay for my package, which at the end was not a problem, but it could have been brought to my attention earlier, and not in the rude manner I faced.

At the same time during the same stay the room was getting very humid and AC would not help cool the room down. The light switch on/off buttons were constantly falling apart (even though it was an upgrade garden access room), and the bath tub didn’t look good - there were marks and cracks on it as if it was not properly cleaned.
During the entire stay the service was not friendly and proactive and rather very disconnected and not interested in being supportive of the guests they were hosting.

During my second stay the blow dry blew up the electricity in the room and I had to ask the reception to send someone, turn on the electricity, and replace the blow dry. The service stayed same unfriendly, disconnected, and Andrew was behaving as if he was giving me a favor of checking me in / out.

During my last stay I had a cockroach next to my coffee machine. It was the same room as during the first stay so the lights buttons were still falling apart. The Service became a little better, but I was not even sent a note for my Birthday - when I was checking out Andrew didn’t even ask how my stay was, let alone share Birthday wishes.
Finally - I used to stay in St.Regis, Edition, Ritz Carlton, etc. and everywhere we get complimentary laundry service at my company's rate. At Westin, not even luxury 5 stars hotel, you can’t' match it, and can't even give an Elite Platinum Member discount on it.

Really disappointing for such a stunning location.

Attended a function in one of their ballrooms and had the opportunity of looking around to see some of their facilities like the kid's play area, fitness room, etc. All of it was nice. Great place. Very neat. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. It's also a big place with carts to drive you around in addition to free valet service for your own cars.

I recently stayed at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa and unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. I have to give my stay a low rating due to a couple of significant issues.

Firstly, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower gel and conditioner. It was quite inconvenient to discover this while I was in the shower, as it meant I had to quickly exit and search for these items. This oversight on the part of the hotel staff was frustrating and detracted from the overall experience.

Secondly, I found the quality of the bed sheet and pillow below to be below standard. They appeared worn out and old, which significantly affected my comfort during sleep. It was challenging to find a comfortable position and get a restful night's sleep, which is essential for a relaxing stay.

While the Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa has its merits, these issues significantly impacted my overall satisfaction during my stay. I hope that the management takes note of these concerns and takes appropriate steps to address them to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

It is my first time staying at this Hotel and I must say the staff were the most friendly and most helpful people of all. I’d especially like to thank Ms. Winnie who worked so hard to get me a coffee at the morning buffet. She really enhanced my experience with her friendly personality and her efforts made me feel so happy. Thank you Winnie and thank you Westin!

A very calm and luxurious hotel. I have just tried Abu Dhabi and two years ago I tried the Cairo Egypt branch. Service is very good for rooms and restaurants. Clean and big room. The food is great and also the drinks. The room service and people who work there are more than perfect. 15 mins to Yas Island and cheaper than any hotel in Yas Island. Really amazing experience Thanks Westin Hotel.

Loved staying here for one night. My highlights:

- the hotel has Tesla charger
- the room has all kind of plugs you can think of
- we didn’t play golf but I really enjoyed playing with my daughter in the grass
- I cleaned the baby high chair they got me before I put my daughter in and it was very clean

Everything else was good but those were the most important things I noticed.

The massage wasn’t great. She didn’t seem like she’s experienced. The oil also smelled very bad. The massage experience was less than OK in general but still didn’t change my opinion about the hotel.

I am now staying in this hotel, room 415, and I have a comment for the breakfast period. In fact, the waitresses and the cooks were nice, but the Indian and Filipino supervisors were very bad. Throughout my breakfast they looked at my table and whispered annoyingly to me and my children, despite their young age, but they felt disturbed by this behavior, and on the third day she told me that you are not allowed to break the fast twice. I told her that I do not break the fast twice. I underwent a sleeve gastrectomy and I need to divide my breakfast. She said to me^with sly smile^ : And your children too! (What is this bad response?) I also break my fast at 6:30am then drink coffee and sweets at 09:00am or 10 am and you are watching this, she said ok you can stay here from 6 to 10:30 (I have children and they need to rest in their rooms, what is this thinking??), I told her ok I see some people here break their fast, then go to the swimming pool, then come again and break their fast, she said that they are allowed, I told her well today I also went to the swimming pool and then came to drink coffee, she said well that is not allowed for you!!!!!! What ??? I didn't argue with her, I asked her for the top manager but they told me that he didn't exist, but she really disturbed my mood and made my whole day bad and I told them is it because I'm an Arab that they treat me like this?
You can also watch the nutritional supplements that I need in the morning and how they bother me and I need to divide my food because of them
I dropped two stars because of the two employeesans how they make bad day and They made me reconsider the idea of u200bu200bextending my stay
