Well what can I say? Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Ash and Emma are are completely amazing and professional individuals. We took one of the vans over to the Lake District for our honeymoon. Apart from the rain we had such a brilliant week. Will definitely be booking again ❤️. Ash took the time to explain how everything worked and the full van was spotless both inside and out. Would totally recommend Dormantourers. Fabulous work guys.

We had a fantastic time - thank you Emma & Ash. A great, well equipped motor home, but we especially appreciated the personal touch of Dormantourer. Never done anything like this before but found the vehicle easy to drive and live with and especially liked the places we stayed and the people we met.

Can't recommend these guys enough, from start to finish it was amazing, we toured the west coast of Scotland and stayed off grid for the most part and the motorhome never missed a beat, we can not wait to book again and experience more adventures!

Absolutely amazing experience we have had me my wife and the two kids set off on a little Adventure down south. We took one of Ash and Emma’s motor homes over to Sanford, Sandbanks, bournemouth, Longleat and finishing of a night in Oxford, we had such a brilliant week, the weather was amazing and definitely made our little adventure special. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for making this happen at short notice ????

Hired the zefiro 690 for a week, we had a fantastic time. From enquiring about the hire and throughout Emma has answered all our questions, all forms were sent and filled in using my phone and returned easily. The motor home is fully equipped with everything you could possible need. The only negative I would say is the collection and return times as you loose a day of your holiday but understand why. I would definitely book to hire again, the Hetherington’s would highly recommend DormanTourer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first time of hiring a motorhome and what a motorhome to hire..!
I was lucky enough to have the choice of two, both are brand new vans with less than 5000 miles covered and totally spotless inside and out.
I went for the van with the large garage area, which easily housed the two mountain bikes, two inflatable paddleboards and the inflatable canoe we took for a week of touring Snowdonia. The sleek interior is modern with bright clean lines and plenty of storage, as you’d expect from a top of the range van like this.
Ashley took his time to explain how everything worked, electrical hook-up, water heater (yep, it even had an on-board shower), in fact all of our creature comforts were catered for. All cooking utensils, crockery, pots, pans the lot were there and spotlessly clean. The only thing we needed was our own bedding which is a given really.
Booking the vehicle couldn’t have been easier, one call to Ashley and a couple of simple forms to fill in (done online) a few days before picking the van up and the job was done.

A HUGE plus point to me and something Dormantourer’s need to be commended on is the fact that they haven’t taken advantage of the present situation and started to inflate their prices like so many companies have.

In short, great people, fantastic van, brilliant holiday, will definitely be using Dormantourer’s again, very soon.

We hired Dormantourer's Zefiro 690, in June 2021 and toured Wales for 6 nights, with our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 5 year old's and pooch). From start to finish, the service we received from the Dormantourer team was first-class. The initial booking process was fast and simple, and we received regular correspondence, detailing what we needed to do next.

The campervan arrived in pristine condition, and it was very apparent that the Dormantourer team had gone the extra mile to ensure that every eventuality had been considered. This included, a full tank of fuel, fully stocked cooking facilities, cleaning products, a picnic table to name a few. Ashley was very tentative when demonstrating how each feature worked, and even sent across their YouTube channel, which includes videos of him, undertaking each function. I found this to be very useful, as although we had experience, there's always minor (but very useful) details that slip your mind. Also, in all the excitement of receiving the van, it's easy to forget when your mind is focused on the adventure ahead, so we found this very useful indeed.

Even with 4 of us and the dog, we found the campervan to be very comfortable and spacious and we soon adapted to life in the van. At first, we thought it might be cramped as previously when we have caravanned, we had relied heavily on the awning, but we soon found a flow and utilised the additional space, such as the humongous garage, which we used for storing bikes, excess clothes, coats, shoes amongst other things, which freed up additional space inside. That said, the internal storage still provides plenty of room, we just tried to make best use, and this certainly suited us.

I did the majority of the driving and would say that there was very little difference to driving a standard transit van. The camera and sensors are very useful and made parking a breeze. Dormantourer provided a removeable sat-nav tablet, which is specifically suited to larger campervans to avoid tighter roads and low bridges, as opposed to a standard iPhone navigation which focusses solely on the quickest route.

Again, the handback was very simple, we arranged a time which suited us and Dormantourer arrived promptly and we handed over the keys - it was that easy. We literally treated the campervan as if it was our own, we treat it with care and made sure that we handed it back in the same condition we received it, which as previously mentioned was pristine. We also ensured that the tank was full.

This was a proper adventure which was made extra special by the excellent service and product that Dormantourer provide. I would highly recommend this business and we are already planning dates for our next holiday. Again, I would like to say a massive thanks to Ashley, Emma and the rest of the Dormantourer team.

I would highly recommend Dormantourer, Emma was most helpful, before, during and after the hire. The motorhome was immaculate and had everything you could possibly require for a great trip away with family.
