Always my favorite Tim Hortons in muroor street near al falah plaza, so delicious ???? frozen french vanilla and icad capp hazel nuts ???? and choco coconut donut ???? maple dip donut ????

Nice sandwich menu and good coffee selection. Several comfortable seats with lower or taller tables; also a fireplace and led television. I recommend the Pistachio latte.

Very unprofessional and rude staff, Ferdnand, I arraived around 12.05 and he said sorry no coffee becasue they close at 12, the shope was open and the machine working and on the map it sayd the place closes at 12.30. Very disappointing how come a place like this have staff like that. Sure will never visit them again.

This guy is exceptionally good, he gave me stock market ideas too . I was surprised to see the energy in this kid. This boy has great future ahead. Good luck

If I could rate it 0 i would honestly!!! I ordered French vanilla and it was the most disappointing disquieting coffee, I thought it was my taste buds but my friend said the same, also one lady who ordered take out came back and they made her another drink regardless of her order!!!!! Oh did I mention that was after i told the waitress to re- make my drink and she basically refused and said if i want i can get a shot of coffee and pay 5 AED, i told another waitress and she did re- make our drink but it is as the same and i could argue it was worse than the first one.

I usually like Tim Hortons. They serve good sandwiches but somehow I didn't like the ones served this time. They didn't taste good. Maybe other places would be better

I am a Tim Hortons big fan! But not this time and not in this branch , I hope you guys take this complaint seriously! And really look into who you are hiring to represent your business !!!! 20-04-2023 , 10:02 pm , the two ladies handling this shift at this branch got the most unprofessional attitude I’ve seen , the way she took the order , and provided the wrong ones , and corrected it with an attitude , is horrible! And how she is asking to pay cash only even though the machine is working fine !!
Working without gloves is another story! Will never come back to this branch.
